By now you know that I love cycling with my Peloton App (and if you don’t, here is my earlier review: My Peloton Bike Alternative). Despite the mad love, I wanted more variety so that I didn’t plateau on the bike. Peloton’s “After the Ride” classes are great but I needed some more oomph. After experimenting with some random classes on YouTube I signed up for a 30 day free trial of Daily Burn to supplement the Peloton and I am super glad that I did. Now what I do is alternate between Daily Burn and Peloton classes.
What is Daily Burn you ask? I only just learned about it myself.
